Nishith Shah, Founder of Thought Labs and Co-Founder of the NLP Conference India/Global NLP Summit, has been at the forefront of developing the field of NLP for more than 17 years. He has impacted over 5000 individuals across 30+ countries through his unique, experiential NLP programs and transformational retreats held globally.

Much of Nishith’s work is grounded in the art and science of Modelling. Over the years, he has spent extended periods modelling and living with Buddhist monks in the Himalayas and Thailand to cultivate deep presence and unshakable inner calm, with base jumpers in Switzerland to understand how to act powerfully in the face of fear, and with indigenous tribes in Brazil to experience a profound connection with nature and systems thinking. Through these immersive experiences, he has designed powerful learning systems that form the foundation of programs like “NLP at the Himalayas” — an extraordinary and life-altering retreat where participants learn NLP by modelling monks and applying insights in real-time.

In 2008, at the age of 17, he founded Thought Labs with a clear vision: to enable people to live their best lives and fulfill their highest potential. Thought Labs has since grown into a globally respected platform delivering NLP programs in India, the UK, Switzerland, and the UAE. The programs are known for their deep experiential learning approach, where NLP is not just taught as a methodology, but lived as a way of being. Modelling continues to be the core framework through which participants learn and embody NLP in meaningful, real-world contexts.

In 2019, Nishith co-founded the NLP Conference India — the country’s first platform to bring quality NLP Trainers together for learning, impact, and collaboration. The initiative evolved into the Global NLP Summit & Community — the world’s first global platform of its kind, designed to connect, empower, and innovate the future of NLP. Today, the Global NLP Community has over 5000 members from around the world and has hosted some of the most influential NLP leaders from around the world.

Nishith also serves as the International Ambassador for ANLP, playing a key role in expanding access to high-quality NLP learning globally. His commitment to quality, integrity, and innovation continues to shape the direction of the field.

In addition to his work with individuals, Nishith has been transforming organizational culture across industries. He has worked with more than 50 leading organizations including BOSCH, HP, and Wockhardt, supporting them in building high-performing, purpose-driven cultures through courageous leadership and systems thinking.

Nishith is also a professional mountaineer through which he constantly challenges his own boundaries to reach new heights physically, mentally and spiritually.

Lakshmi Venugopal is a resilient, purpose-driven Soft Skills Trainer, Emotional Wellness Coach, and Founder of Virtuous Seeds, a transformational platform empowering corporate professionals, women, and youth to rise above fear, anxiety, and limiting beliefs.

Having personally experienced the emotional aftermath of setbacks despite being a high achiever, Lakshmi realized that schools often don’t teach how to navigate emotions, rejection, or failure. Her journey of overcoming these challenges became the foundation of her work—transforming pain into purpose and inspiring others to do the same.

Through Virtuous Seeds, she designs transformational learning experiences that connect emotional intelligence with real-world success. Her in-person and virtual workshops on goal-setting, stress management, and mindset mastery equip participants with clarity, confidence, and resilience across diverse audiences.

Alongside her purpose-driven venture, Lakshmi contributes to her family-owned construction business in Dubai. With over a decade of experience in HR and business leadership across the GCC, she brings a unique blend of corporate insight, entrepreneurial spirit, and heart-centered coaching. Her academic credentials include a B.Tech in Information Technology, an MBA, and an MSc in Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Technology from the University of Strathclyde, UK. She is a certified NLP Practitioner and Coach, holding certifications from various recognized institutions.
